Cancellation Policy for My Fit Vacation Yoga & Wellness Retreat Attendees

Policy Overview:

My Fit Vacation Retreats is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for all attendees. Due to the nature of event planning and the costs involved, the following cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness and operational viability.

Cancellation Terms:

Non-Refundable Policy:

- All retreat bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds.

Transferable Bookings:

- While bookings are non-refundable, they are transferable. Attendees who are unable to attend the retreat may transfer their booking to another person. The attendee must notify My Fit Vacation of the transfer at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date.

Booking Amendments:

- Any requests to change booking details (e.g., changing to a different retreat date) must be made at least 30 days before the retreat start date. Such changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Cancellation by Organizer:

- In the unlikely event that My Fit Vacation needs to cancel the retreat, attendees will be notified immediately, and full refunds will be issued.

Force Majeure:

- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), where the retreat cannot proceed as planned, attendees will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat date or receive a credit for future events.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:

- Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to personal circumstances or unforeseen events.

No Show Policy:

- If an attendee fails to show up for the retreat without prior notification, their booking fee is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Health and Safety:

- Attendees who are unable to attend the retreat due to verified health or safety concerns may be eligible for special consideration. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Acknowledgment:

All attendees are required to acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy upon booking. This policy ensures that My Fit Vacation can continue to offer high-quality, well-organized retreats while considering the needs and circumstances of all attendees.
